As a White House staff member from 2011-2015, Phil Duffy represented the United States government in international negotiations that finalized key sections of the latest IPCC Assessment Report. He will describe the negotiation process, and will summarize major findings of the report. This will include findings on the physical science basis of climate change; impacts, adaptation, and vulnerability; and mitigation of climate change.
